Maggie is a certified pilates instructor and experienced bootcamp leader. She loves helping clients realize just how strong they are, and to challenge them in new and motivating ways. The calming voice behind your Breathe classes, Martha has a lifelong passion for movement, meditation, and all things wellness. As a mom to young twins, she works hard to carve time out of her schedule for some breath work or a flow session, from wherever she may be.
